Concrete Craft is the largest decorative concrete franchise in the nation. Concrete Craft (formerly All-American Decorative Concrete) has been making art out of ordinary concrete since 2006. Co-founders John Kostro and Dan Lightner originally wanted to go into business together and buy a swimming pool dealership.
During their due diligence, they found out that people didn’t like the boring and gray concrete around most pools. Seeing a need, they decided to switch gears and create a decorative concrete franchise.
From there, they expanded the areas that could benefit from concrete resurfacing, from pools to walkways, driveways, patios, and more.
In 2014, Home Franchise Concepts saw enormous market potential, bought All American Decorative Concrete, and rebranded it as Concrete Craft.

Every prospective franchisee goes through a detailed process before they are awarded their desired territory. Here are the steps to becoming a Concrete Craft Franchisee:
• Request more information by filling out the form to gain access to the Discovery Portal and receive a call from your Franchise Advisor.
• Explore our Discovery Portal to learn more about the decorative concrete industry, the franchise opportunity, and what it takes to be a successful franchise owner.
• Schedule a time to meet your Franchise Advisor to discuss further the opportunity on a 10-15-minute call where we can chat about your interest and whether a Concrete Craft franchise is an excellent overall fit. We’ll discuss the basic requirements, how territories work, and your time frame.
• Review and understand the FDD, which contains essential information as to costs and fees, legal issues, turnover rates, and more.
• Submit your Application for Franchise.
• An Executive Interview with our Chief Development Officer.
• Approval of your Application by Committee.
• If you are ready to move forward, attend Discovery Day, currently taking place via Zoom, to meet your home Office team to learn about marketing, franchise relations, technology, training & support, and product strategy -- including the opportunity to interview us!
• Final approval and execute your Franchise Agreement.
• Attend an intensive training program (a 1-week virtual classroom training and another week of hands-on installation training at our training facility) to set you up for success.
• Start your Concrete Craft Franchise Business and hit the ground running!
