Create a new listing on our commercial real estate platform by registering an account with us. Once you’ve signed up, you can find the Create a Listing option by clicking the BROKERS link at the top navigation bar on the home page. You can also access listing functions through your Businesses4Sale dashboard.

You are welcome to use our site to familiarize yourself with the sales process and analyze what other businesses like yours are doing to command a better price. If you are currently using a brokerage service to list your business, you won’t be able to use the Seller Service for that location.

Sign in to your dashboard to update any details about your personal Businesses4Sale account. The settings gear icon at the top right corner of the dashboard will take you to general account settings, where you can then change your profile, contact info, password, and payment details.
